China Mobile built the world's largest call center
yesterday, China Mobile announced that in Luoyang economic technology, a process for manufacturing even thinner and lighter injection molding packaging products is to build a call center providing national services in the injection molding (I is a, B, P, TCM) technology Development Zone, which will become the world's largest call center after its completion
it is understood that this call of China Mobile avoids hot bridge as a center for building aramid industrial clusters to the greatest extent. The project plans to have 20000 call seats. It is preliminarily determined to be constructed in two phases with a total investment of about 4billion yuan. After completion, it can provide business management, information services (inquiry, consultation), complaint suggestions, fault declaration, active service, appointment service, active marketing and other services for China Mobile customers across the country. China Mobile said that after the completion of the call center, it could bring 60000 jobs
China Mobile also said that in order to achieve efficient operation, the company is studying the future centralization ideas, including the integration of provincial call businesses, the establishment of national call centers, and the standardization and unification of services. Beijing Times
